Costing more than a half million dollars, the new building was designed by the local architectural firm of W.I. Fisher & Co. as an addition to Neff Hall. p. 3 -- "Best Back" returns: Quarterback Joe Morrison, voted by last year's Shocker team "the best back" they faced all year will lead the Cincinnati Bearcats against Wichita in tomorrow night's game at Veterans Field. In last year's game at Cincinnati, Morrison scored two touchdowns against the Shocks to pace a 21-0 Bearcat victory. p. 5
