Photograph(s): Halloween treats, magic tricks, clowns, and contests were the order of the day Friday for more than 100 children from the Institute of Logopedics, who where entertained at a party sponsored by the Army ROTC. Joe Kerst, left, a graduate student, and Charles, Smith, [sic] second from right, are shown with two children from the institute during the party. The 1956 party is the fourth Halloween party sponsored for the institute children by the army cadets. p. 1 -- Mrs. [Ruth] Price. p. 1 -- Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the ugliest of all? Bobby Argumedo, shown with the winner's mug, edged five other contestants in the fund raising project for the Community Chest. Runner-up in the contest was George Stipetic, candidate from Men's Residence Hall. Last year the Ugly Man trophy was held by the Men's Residence Hall. p. 1
