Not pictured is Warren Tanner, Mr. Executive. p. 1 -- Belle and Bill of the Ball at the HYM Dance Saturday night were Vicki Basham, of Pi Kappa Psi, and Jerry Gross, of Kansas State College. The award was made on the basis of the woman who sold the most tickets to the dance. The winner's escort was awarded the title of Bill of the Ball. p. 3
