Photograph(s): Denver's draggin' according to Independent Students Association in its first place winner of Homecoming decorations in the men's division. The giant Wushock with his foot on the dragon's neck was constructed on the lawn in front of the Commons Building. "Knock 'em high -- mile high," is the theme of the first place winner of the women's division, Alpha Tau Sigma. This is the second first place display for the sorority, which also won in last year's contest. / photo by Hill. p. 1 -- Fraternity house of Alpha Gamma Gamma at 1845 North Hillside was purchased in 1945. Organization of the fraternity took place in 1916. The house is shown decorated for Homecoming. p. 3 -- Shocker fullback Chuck Hollmer (34) plunges through the middle for a 12-yard gain in the Denver game. Making the tackle is Fred Mahaffey (24) Denver halfback, while W.U. end Bob Kauffman (82) prepares to block the D.U. safety man. p. 5
