Hekhuis, dean of the College of Liberal Arts and president of the Quivera Council of the Boy Scouts of America, is one of the sponsors of a plan to admit all scouts of the Wichita council to the Americanism Night program in Shocker Stadium as guests of Alpha Phi Omega and the university. p. 1 -- Council president: Paul Hesse, Alpha Gamma Gamma, and candidate of the Shocker Party, who was assured of the presidency of the student council this week when the Campus Party leaders capitulated and by declining to put an opponent into the field made certain the choice of Mr. Hesse for the office. p. 1 -- Higginson. p. 2 -- Marsh Jacoby, campus representative: See March Jacoby for sorority-fraternity pins, jewelry, party favors - Midwest Jewelry Mfg.
