dc.description.abstractProvost Muma welcomed faculty to the fall 2020 semester and updated them on progress made in strategic planning and priorities; introduced a new dean, Dr. Greg Hand, for the College of Health Professions; shared a good news on increased enrollment that topped 16,000 for the first time in more than 30 years. He also updated them on investments in research support of students and faculty; new President's Convergence Science initiative; workforce development. Wishing all a great fall semester, Provost confirmed his continuing commitment to do everything he can to ensure smooth functioning of the university during COVID-19 pandemics.en_US
