Minutes: Summary of action: 1. Accepted the proposed policy on Chronic Low Performance -- 2. Accepted the proposed revisions to the Tenure & Promotion Calendar -- 3. Accepted the proposal defining "Refereed" from Faculty Affairs Committee -- (Informal statements and proposals): a. Invitation to Charles Burdsal who oversees the analysis of the results of the SPTE survey each semester to visit the Senate on May 7th / President Roussel -- b. WSU travel policy / President Roussel -- c. International Office no longer has funds to support international travel until the end of the academic year / President Roussel -- d. Mary Herrin will be an invited speaker to discuss with the Senate the university budget on April 23rd and Dr. Glendon Miller will discuss concerns about ventilation and mold problems on campus -- (Committee reports): a.
