The Senate approved the Guidelines for Undergraduate Certificate Programs as proposed to the Senate by the University Curriculum Committee and the Senate Executive Committee -- 3. The Senate considered a proposal, on the first of three "readings," approved by the Senate Executive Committee favoring university-wide mandatory external review for tenure decisions.
