Description
Dr. Charles Berry Newcomer (born November 17, 1862 Toulon, Illinois - died 30 May 1931 in Des Moines, Iowa), received his Ph.D in Berlin and taught romance languages in several American universities. In 1919-1921, he taught French and German in Fairmount College.
