    Abstract
This volume brings together ethnographic vignettes on Muslim religious practice. Its primary aim is to present scholarship which fosters reflection on the ethnographic method in the anthropological study of Muslims and their everyday lives in different contexts. This allows the reader to compare various uses of the ethnographic method in anthropological research on Islam.
