Minutes: Summary of action taken: 1. Added to the order of business was consideration of a resolution from the Executive Committee concerning the Board of Regents Staff report on "Mission Development in the Kansas Regents System, 1992-2000." The resolution was passed as amended -- 2. The election of the Senator from Education was postponed until there is a meeting with the Rules Committee -- 3. There was a first hearing of the Task Force on General Education -- (New business): Executive Committee introduced a resolution on the proposed system mission statement -- Report on a replacement for the senator from the College of Education / Rules Committee -- Task Force for the Undergraduate Education Experience (first reading) / David Farnsworth
