Abstract
This investigation centers around a Visual Motivation program developed by the Wichita firm of Visual Motivations, a division of Screen Process Printing, Inc. The program is designed to increase industrial income by motivation of the employee toward greater efficiency. It is the goal of this study to evaluate the effects of the Visual Motivation program in an industrial setting. Prior to discussion of the study, it will be necessary to present historical background to the problem.
