Description
"This pamphlet contains preliminary legislation submitting a constitutional amendment to the voters of Kansas; the amendment as submitted; the official vote of the state by counties upon the amendment; the decision of the Supreme Court of the state upon the validity of the amendment; the liquor law passed by the legislature to enforce the constitutional amendment; the opinions of the Attorney General upon certain sections of the law; the decision of the Supreme Court on the constitutionality and scope of the law; comments of the press of the state; and letter of Gov. St. John regarding the success of the law."
