Abstract
Aquatic resistance training could be an effective type of strength training. However, the response of cortisol to aquatic exercise versus training with traditional weights has not been determined.
PURPOSE: To compare the response of cortisol during similar resistance training protocols performed in an aquatic medium versus traditional weights.
