Description
This document outlines best practices and
guidelines that the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) requires in order for Wichita
State University to continue to offer online courses and programs. It serves as a
guiding document for the administration of the Office of Online Learning at Wichita
State University. It does not institute new policies, but rather describes how online
learning will be administered in accordance to WSU policy, Kansas Board of
Regents (KBOR) policy, HLC guidelines, and best practices from current online
learning research and the Online Learning Consortium’s Quality Scorecard for
