1940 Annual Report

Cessna’s 1940 Annual Report consists of a letter from President Dwane Wallace to stockholders, a balance sheet and profit-loss statement for the fiscal year, photos of T-50 planes and newly constructed company buildings, and a letter from an accounting firm regarding Cessna’s financial status. Also included are a Notice of the Annual Meeting and a Proxy Statement.
