''Confessions of a Plume Hunter,'' special leaflet number 23

The National Association of Audubon Societies special leaflet number 23 contains the letter titled ''Confessions of a Plume Hunter.'' It was written by a former hunter who describes the way in which feathers are gathered. Photographs of an American egret and a snowy heron are included.
