Description
Street scene looking northeast at corner of Market and William Streets. Prominent view of the overhead walkway that extends from the parking garage on the southwest corner to the Sutton Place Building and beyond to the Innes Building. Other buildings on Market include the One Twenty Building, originally built as the Wheeler-Kelly-Hagney Building at 120 South Market and the Thomas Investment Company at 200 South Market. Also seen in the background are the original W. T. Grant Company department store building at 201 East Douglas; and the Fourth National Bank and Trust Company at 200 East Douglas.
