The study of bridging faults (or short circuits that occur between conducting paths) has become increasingly important with the advent of LSI technology. To date, only a very few papers have been published on this topic. Specifically, little is known regarding undetectable bridging faults. More importantly, what has yet to be explored are the effects of undetectable bridging faults on the tests designed to detect stuck-at faults.

General logical linear nearest neighbor (LLNN) architecture for fault-tolerant quantum computation Mudbhari, Pratima Kumari (Wichita State University, 2008-12)We present a general scheme for implementing fault-tolerant quantum computation. We discuss a general two-dimensional architecture of qubits involving only linear nearest neighbor interactions. Between the qubits by using ...
Hu, Chao; Wang, Pingfeng; Youn, Byeng D.; Lee, Wook-Ryun; Yoon, Joung Taek (IEEE-INST Electrical Electronics Engineers Inc, 2012-10)A health grade system against mechanical faults of power transformers has been little investigated compared to those for chemical and electrical faults. This paper thus presents a statistical health grade system against ...
Multi-sensor-based fault detection and classification method for radial power distribution systems Wang, Nan (Wichita State University, 2014-12)A novel multi-sensor-based method to detect and classify short circuit faults in radial power distribution systems, including the effects of regulators and distribution transformers, is proposed in this work. This new ...
