| dc.description.abstract | Occurrence of photo induced electron transfer in donor-acceptor self-assembled Zinc porphyrin (ZnP) and C₀M₀CAT single walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) nanohybrid has been demonstrated. C₀M₀CAT (6,5) and C₀M₀CAT(7,6) SWNT nanohybrid were constructed by solubilizing SWNT by ∏-∏ stacking of pyrene-NH3+ and pyrenebutyric acid. SWNT (6,5)/ SWNT(7,6).Pyr.COO—(TMPyP)M;M=H₂,Zn and SWNT(6,5)/(7,6).Pyr-NH3+- (TPPS)M; M=H2,Zn so formed were then studied using various techniques such UV/Vis-NIR,PL, TEM and nanosecond Transient Absorption techniques. The rates of charge separation, κCS andκCR were than studied for both the two nanotube samples. | en |
